<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Orlando, Fla. – April 16, 2009 – </strong><span>Traci Bild, best selling author and expert in growing sales and customer service, is proud to announce the overwhelming success of the first-ever senior housing conference fully dedicated to helping improve facility selling and marketing methods, improve public perception of senior housing, and increase senior housing occupancy and revenue.<span>  </span>This Super-Conference was held on April 1<sup>st</sup> -2<sup>nd</sup>, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois, and hosted senior housing and health care customer service providers from across the country.<span>  </span></span></p>
